Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to follow through on all of our obligations and commitments to our clients in the Hampden, Maine, area. Due to the high volume of calls we receive daily, we've established a reasonable cancellation policy regarding our services. We require our customers to pay the full amount upfront on the day that they call to book their residential inspection. Your appointment will not be validated and approved until the full payment has been made.

If you cancel more than 10 days prior to your appointment, we'll gladly refund the entire amount back to you. However, if you cancel within 10 days, there will be no refund issued, and you'll lose your appointment. ALLIANCE HOME INSPECTIONS reserves the right to re-book your inspection services for another time if you prefer, but it must still accommodate our availability and schedule.
